Advanced 4-Axis Machining & Heavy-Duty Handling

Heavy Workpiece Capacity: New 4-axis machining capabilities designed to handle workpieces weighing up to 3.5 tonnes.

Integrated Lifting Solutions: Installation of state-of-the-art cranes to manage heavy-duty tooling and large-scale workpieces with maximum safety and efficiency.

High-Speed Precision: A new 4-axis high-speed machining centre for rapid production without compromising on ultra-tight tolerances.

Expanded CNC Turning & Grinding

Precision Internal Grinding: Extended capability for internal grinding on components up to 1.5 metres in length.

Large-Scale Turning: Additional CNC turning capacity, now accommodating diameters up to 750mm.

In-House Thermal Processing & Fabrication

Specialised Heat Treatment: New in-house heat treatment facility for components up to a 500mm cube, ensuring total quality control over material hardness and strength.

High-Power Welding Suite: Expanded welding capabilities including:

TIG: Up to 500A for precision joins.

MIG: Up to 400A for high-productivity fabrication.

Stick (MMA): Up to 500A for heavy-duty structural work.
